Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please email scottiessofasales@hotmail.com to start return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with relevant fire label tags still attached. and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon delivery please inspect your sofa carefully.If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the situation and make it right. Full refunds will be given to new sofa sets damaged in transit.Please use email address to start the refund process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of our business, all second hand sofas are sold as seen and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty in a way not previously stated. We do not accept returns once deposit is paid due to change of mind or or if you have not measured the space its going in so please check measurements carefully before purchase.

Exchanges

Because each sofa is a bespoke we do not offer direct exchanges.
